Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most of our premium products, including:

  • Bottoms
  • Headwear
  • Socks
  • T-Shirts
  • Tank Tops
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on watches unless they arrive defective or damaged. All watches must be returned in their original packaging with protective films intact.

Easy Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our provided template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our Arkansas-based support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Return items in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to:

    Include your RMA number clearly on the package.
  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll notify you via email when we receive and process your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process and clearly indicate in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement item (including size/color)
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your adventure gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.
