We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your gear arrives ready for adventure.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.

We stand behind our premium adventure gear. If your purchase doesn’t meet our high standards, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is damaged/defective

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on watches unless they arrive defective or damaged. All watch returns must include original packaging with protective films intact.

  3. Package Your Items: Include all original packaging and tags

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process

Follow the same return process and clearly indicate in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (including size/color)

We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items
